Once the Carnies arrived at the wedding reception party, all hell broke loose. Were-creatures appeared out of nowhere and started attacking the wedding guests.
Then a swirling cloud of wolf spirits started moving through the panicking people, leaving death and newly-made were-creatures in its wake.
Many of the new werewolves fled the party and ran into the woods, along with the wedding guests that managed to escape. The bride Lysandrea seemingly had a close call, but the Carnies rescued her. The groom was transformed into a terrified werewolf, although he was able to fight his bestial urges.
There was a second summoning circle in one of the anterooms, this one much smaller than the one at Jaegermeister’s. The body of a mutilated elf was staked to the center of it – one of the bridesmaids.
The Carnies killed many werewolves and managed to destroy the wolf spirits. They found several wolf-paw amulets among the dead lycanthropes. Lysandrea thanked them, then said that she and her surviving guests were going to return to their elven community, a few hours south of town. The Carnies suggested that they would accompany her, but were told no – it was for elves only, and they were not invited. Somewhat peeved, the Carnies returned to Triboar.
Back at the Loose Goose, the innkeeper and his wife were awake and working in the middle of the night. The Carnies started to ask them questions, when the innkeeper suddenly told them that he was not Kincade, he was Harmen Dade, his wife was Sira Dade. They were friends of Jagermeister, and had expected the Carnies to be killed at the hunting lodge. They had moved into the inn when Kincade went missing, and did it so well that everyone assumed they were on the up and up. The innkeeper also said that he knew all about Mr. Absent’s old crimes, and that he knew some people who would be very interested to learn of Absent’s whereabouts. Then he and his wife transformed into weretigers and attacked the party.

After killing those two and finding that they both wore the familiar wolf-paw amulets, the Carnies decided to search the suspiciously small basement.
They found a secret door and entered a much larger area. First they encountered an elderly human woman with a magic insect-summoning staff. Then they found a third summoning circle, the largest one yet. This one had children chained to the outside and was drawing their life energy into the circle, feeding a large Sibriex demon that was just materializing in the center. The body of the dead druid was also connected to the circle, seemingly feeding the monster.
After the battle, the Carnies freed the children and had a long rest. They retrieved the druid’s body and went through a large amount of treasure that had been arranged around the summoning circle. One piece of treasure seemed to be a Rod of Reincarnation, which they used on the druid. She came back to life as a young male dwarf.
